- As a High School graduate, if I am indecisive about what to study yet I want to go oversea to study, how can you help me?
Our counseling and advisory team will hold a talk with you and most importantly ask you to come with your WAEC or NECO result as well as your transcripts from JSS1 to JSS 3 as well as SS1 to SS3 transcripts which will be viewed to see which area you have performed well and also interact with you to identify which profession you ever admired and proffer suggestions for you to reflect on and get back to us on what you think.
- When is the right time to start application for admission processes?
Application for admissions is time based no matter the study destination, To be on a safe side, we will suggest that students going to United Kingdom or should start three months before the start date of choice and those going to Ireland, Canada, USA, Germany, Australia, South Korea, Latvia six to seven months ahead of time, sometimes it takes longer time to get Visa Appointments, so the earlier, the better.
- What are the services rendered by Mediatrix Educational?
Our services includes mentoring, placement into colleges and universities, assist with custodianship arrangement, career counselling, visa counseling and guidance, permanent migration arrangement, Airport pick-ups on arrival in conjunction with partner school, pre-departure briefing and computer training services.
- Is the English Proficiency test a mandatory requirement?
Our response here is ‘Yes’ and ‘No’, some institutions of learning and study destinations requires it while others does not and there are those that will request for letter or waiver from it..
- What documents do I need to bring for admission processes?
Undergraduates: WAEC/NECO/GCE or Cambridge IGCSE, SS1 to SS3 Transcripts, Birth Certificate, Recommendation Letter and Passport Datapage.
Graduates: Degree Certificate or Degree Statement, Degree Transcripts, WAEC Certificate, Two academic references and one employer’s reference letter, Statement of Purpose, Passport Datapage.
- What are the criteria for obtaining scholarship from your partner schools?
There are scholarships that you need to write an essay to qualify for it, there are general entrance scholarship that a university gives to all students who apply for admissions and there are those that interviews are conducted before you can get it apart from the usual writing of SAT (Scholarstic Aptitutde Test), PSAT (Preliminary SAT), National Merit Schorlarship Qualifying Test (NMSQT)
- What must I do to stand a better chance for scholarship?
Have a good result or high grades, be good in your communication and spoke English and writing, have evidence of extracurricular activities, evidence of humanitarian services and leadership quality with documentary evidence.
